Also training our employees, Video aids, LMS trainings and setting them up with right tools and focus on Success.
I as a leader of the crew, i verify compliance and that we are staying on track, looking after each other and the number one that no one is practicing unsafe behavior ,compromising safety and taking short cuts. All our task is performed outdoors and is heavy and dangerous work in any weather conditions and any time around the clock. We take pride in what we do and we stick to our 5 foundation: Provide Service, Control Cost, Optimize Assets, Operate Safely and Develop people.
By far the safest, fastest and the most economical way of transporting goods and supplies is through rail train. I recognize that i work with some of the most dedicated and resilient bunch of people that make this company a success and deliver goods to our customers safely and on promised time. Being one of the oldest industries in Canada, we constantly strive for safer and more efficient ways to do business.
Leadership from senior leaders and managers are very clear/ ethical and promote a culture of accountability, make a safer and fun place to work. Provide opportunities to mentors coach and correct behaviour that alignes with companies code of ethics.
